PROCESSING TIME:

All orders are processed and dispatched, within five working days.

Orders are not shipped over holiday periods.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipping may be delayed. We will notify you via email if there is a delay in the shipment of your order.

 

SHIPPING RATES:

Shipping charges for your order will be added at checkout.

We operate a standard shipping of £4.99, so you know what you are paying.

We operate a free delivery on orders £30.00 and above.

 

ORDER TRACKING:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation with a tracking number. You can then use the tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.

 

DAMAGES:

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at dianerosedesigns@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the damage item/s. we will work with you to resolve the issue.

 

RETURNS:

Returns are not accepted due to the nature of our products. However, should you have a problem, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will work to resolve the issue.
